Job summary

Kāinga Ora is actively seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Wellington to lead high-impact technology programmes from concept through to business adoption. You will work across Digital IT, business teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable solutions aligned with organisational outcomes.

You will oversee governance, budgets and risk, driving adoption with Change Managers and ensuring benefits are realised.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering high-risk technology initiatives.
• Ability to measure and realise benefits across programmes.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex tech programmes.
• Partner with Digital IT, business, and external vendors.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget and prepared for BAU.
