Job summary
Fusion5 is seeking an experienced Senior Managed Services Consultant to join our D365 Finance & Operations practice in New Zealand. You will work across multiple customers, providing escalation support, guidance on best practices, and value-driven ERP outcomes.
You’ll lead functional improvements, training, and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams in a professional services environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including 5+ years with D365FO.
- Full lifecycle delivery across distribution, manufacturing, trade, and health sectors.
- Strong functional expertise across AP, AR, GL, Inventory/Warehouse, Production, HR, and Security.
- Hands-on with D365FO, Azure DevOps, LCS, PPAC, ExFlow, Docentric, and integrations.
- Experience leading Scrum teams within Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as escalation point for complex D365FO functional and technical issues with root-cause analysis.
- Guide customers on system and process improvements; provide practical, business-focused guidance.
- Deliver training, onboarding, and best-practice advice across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Warehouse, Production.
- Create user guides and operational support materials; support ER, data management, and integrations.
- Lead or support Agile delivery; coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders.
