Job description

As our Senior Customer Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at Steelfort. You’ll lead a high-performing team, oversee our customer service systems and portals, and ensure that every interaction with our customers and dealers reflects the excellence of our brand.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who:

  • Loves leading, coaching, and building people into a great team.
  • Can see the bigger picture and know how customer experience drives business results.
  • Is confident working with systems (ERP/CRM) and can quickly sort out portal issues with web developers when things go wrong.
  • Has a knack for spotting opportunities to make things smoother, faster, and better for customers.
  • Enjoys being part of a senior leadership group where your voice and ideas matter.
