Job summary

Te Papa (New Zealand's national museum) in Wellington seeks a Senior Customer Engagement Advisor to drive journey-led marketing and one-to-one engagement at scale. You will manage end-to-end journeys, optimise campaigns across channels, and collaborate with privacy experts to ensure compliant engagement. Salary range reflects NZD pa.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms to drive personalised campaigns.
• Ability to translate data into practical decisions for campaigns and journeys.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end customer journeys across awareness, visitation, membership, donation and retail channels.
• Lead personalised, one-to-one engagement approaches at scale using lifecycle planning.
• Create and manage always-on nurture and lifecycle programmes for pre-, during and post-visit stages.
• Coordinate journey activity with paid, owned and earned channels for remarketing and retention.
• Ensure engagement complies with consent, privacy and opt-in requirements; collaborate with Privacy/Digital teams.
• Support website performance and customer journey improvements with a performance marketing lens.
