Auckland Museum is seeking a part-time CRM Lead to develop and implement CRM strategy across MyMuseum, Museum Membership and other databases. You will lead audience journeys, loyalty programmes, and CRM capability improvements, working with internal teams to deliver a connected experience.

The CRM Lead plays a key role in developing the Museum's CRM strategy to strengthen audience relationships, increase engagement and visitation, and grow the value of the museum's audience database and loyalty programmes.
With demonstrable experience developing CRM strategies, audience communication journeys and loyalty programmes, the CRM Lead will identify opportunities to improve how the Museum acquires, engages and retains audiences across MyMuseum, Museum Membership and other databases. The role will lead the strategic development of CRM capability, including communication journeys, audience data, ticketing enhancements and marketing technology improvements, working collaboratively across the museum to deliver a more connected experience.
