Job description

Corporate Secretarial Functions: Handle a full range of corporate secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and regulatory requirements.

Compliance & Record Keeping: Utilize digital corporate secretarial tools and software to streamline processes, maintain statutory records, and enhance client experience.

Document Preparation & Filings: Draft and prepare board resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other statutory forms for submission to SSM.

Company Incorporation & Changes: Support company incorporation, changes in directors/shareholders, share transfers, and other corporate restructuring tasks.

Client Statutory Records Management: Maintain and update clients’ statutory records using digital systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Regulatory Advisory: Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance requirements, and best practices in line with digital transformation initiatives.

Administrative & Other Tasks: Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as required, contributing to process improvement and digitalization efforts.
