Job summary

CGR Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive hands-on delivery of multi-million construction projects across healthcare, commercial, industrial, and education sectors in New Zealand. You will work with top PM minds and lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

The role requires NZ experience in construction consultancy, strong client-facing skills, and a tertiary qualification in construction or PM.

Qualifications

• Must have NZ construction project management experience, ideally in a consultancy or client-side setting.
• Experience delivering healthcare, education, or similar sectors in NZ.
• Strong understanding of NZS3910 construction contracts.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, PM, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on project delivery and oversight of multi-million construction packages.
• Lead delivery cohorts and collaborate with top PM minds in the country.
• Deliver projects on time, to budget, and to client satisfaction.
