ASB Bank in Auckland seeks a Senior Manager Compliance to lead FMCA and Privacy compliance for Personal Banking on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Specialist Compliance Lead, you will provide expert advice, drive regulatory change, and embed practical risk controls across the business. You will focus on stakeholder engagement, issue management, and ensuring robust compliance outcomes across the division.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in banking, compliance, legal, or risk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Banking regulatory requirements including FMCA.
• Experience leading regulatory change and implementing compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex requirements.
