Senior Commercial Finance role | 12+ month contract | Immediate start | Broad, hands-on role driving planning, performance & process improvement

We have a contract opportunity for an experienced commercial finance professional to step into a broad, commercially focused role with real scope and visibility. This is a 12+ month opportunity and we’re looking for someone who can start within a few weeks.

The role will work closely with the CFO and senior leaders, supporting planning, performance, and business decision-making. It’s hands-on and wide-reaching, with the opportunity to drive and implement strategic change and improve processes across both finance and the wider business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving process change and improvement across teams
• Providing commercial insight into business performance
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
• Working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Leading and supporting strategic change initiatives and transformation

We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach. You’ll be confident communicating with senior stakeholders, comfortable getting into the detail, and capable of influencing people and processes across a complex organisation.
