Job summary

Archway Recruitment is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 8+ years’ NZ design experience to join a respected consultancy in Queenstown.

Work on diverse land development and infrastructure projects across Otago, deliver civil infrastructure designs, conduct site inspections, prepare documentation, and liaise with clients and stakeholders in a dynamic lifestyle region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8+ years’ relevant experience in NZ working on land development and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of three waters infrastructure and subdivision design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D for modelling and design work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil infrastructure design for residential, commercial, and public sector developments.
• Undertake site inspections and provide technical oversight during construction phases.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, and reports in line with industry standards.
