About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver land development and civil infrastructure projects in Northland. This is a leadership role with a mix of technical, project management, and mentoring responsibilities. You’ll be involved in:

• Developing a team of engineers and technical staff in our satellite office
• Managing project budgets, quotes, and KPIs
• Preparing your own technical reports and drawings
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Overseeing design, reporting, and drawing preparation
• Providing peer reviews and technical sign-off
• Collaborating across disciplines and with clients, councils, and stakeholders

About You

You’re a seasoned civil engineer with:

• 8+ years’ experience in civil engineering and land development
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Chartered status (or working towards it)
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• A collaborative mindset and a sense of humour

You must have permanent work rights in NZ and a full driver’s license.
