You will lead change strategies, collaborate with Capability Manager Change & Adoption, project teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring IT solutions meet clinical and operational needs while delivering measurable benefits.

You bring 5–7+ years in change management, strong stakeholder skills, and knowledge of ADKAR/Kotter/Agile/Waterfall.
