We’re looking for an experienced Senior CCTV Operator to join our Maintenance team in Rotorua. In this role, you’ll help keep vital three waters infrastructure performing at its best through pipeline surveying, fault diagnosis and quality field operations.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows their way around CCTV inspection work, can read as‑built plans, and takes pride in doing good work properly. You’ll be trusted to manage your day, work closely with customers and teammates, and bring a strong safety mindset to every job. Carry out CCTV inspections and pipeline surveying across three waters networks.
Diagnose faults, leaks and issues within underground pipe infrastructure.
Read and interpret as‑built plans to support accurate field delivery.
Operate CCTV equipment safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Deliver great customer service while working with clients, crews and the public.
Relevant certification or qualification in CCTV Pipe Inspection or equivalent field
Good knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used for underground video inspection work.
The ability to read and interpret as‑built plans, work independently, and contribute positively to a team.
A strong work ethic, good problem‑solving skills, physical capability for manual work, and a genuine commitment to health, safety and wellbeing.
