To help us with this, we are searching for a Senior Business Analyst (fixed term) to join our team

What you'll be busy with: This role is responsible for driving positive business change by identifying and defining business needs, gathering and documenting requirements and ensuring solutions align with organisational objectives. This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business problems into actionable plans and supports process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the SBS Group.

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience delivering digital projects and programmes

  • Effective organisational and time management skills
  • Tertiary level qualification preferably including banking, finance or business analysis papers

This role is full time (37.5 hours per week), with hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. This is a fixed term role for up to 18 months (initially 12 months then a possible further 6 months).
