Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Breast Reporting.
• Experience in performing breast biopsies and localization procedures x-ray and ultrasound guided.
• Accreditation with Breast Screen Aotearoa or willingness to achieve with our support.
• Subspecialty fellowship or interest in breast imaging.
• Eligibility for registration in the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Scope of Practice with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Reporting breast imaging studies and a broad mix of complex clinical cases.
• Interpreting and reporting CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and MRI studies.
• Participating in oncology multidisciplinary meetings.
• Supervising and teaching registrars.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of clinical standards and service quality.
