Qualifications

• 4+ years of audit experience within a professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and accounting standards.
• Strong written and oral skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Examine financial statements to determine accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review and evaluate accounting systems and control procedures.
• Make recommendations for improvements to systems and controls.
• Ensure compliance with quality and risk management standards.
• Lead audit engagements and manage junior team members.
• Summarize client business models and audit risks for the team.
• Ensure audit timelines and deadlines are met.
• Draft client-facing audit and board reports.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Utilize audit software and tools effectively.

Education
