Tracksuit is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and evolve the internal analytics platform powering our Product, Finance, and GTM teams across our global organisation. You'll partner with Data Engineers, Analysts, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Operations to shape data quality and the strategic direction of analytics at scale.

This role can be based in our Auckland or Sydney office, focused on end-to-end ELT and self-service data products.

Qualifications

7+ years in data with advanced SQL and dbt on Snowflake.
Strong data modelling judgement and end-to-end ELT pipeline ownership.
Ability to explain impact to senior stakeholders in plain language.
Experience with AI tools in daily workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
Nice-to-have: Finance or GTM data modelling experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, GTM and Product to understand decisions and build impactful data solutions.
Explain model value in plain language and ship trusted metrics.
Own data quality, reliability and analytics platform standards across Tracksuit.
Run and scale Snowflake + dbt platform and integrations (HubSpot, Subskribe, product database).
Build self-service data products so the business can answer questions independently.
Tackle varied problems in a scale-up environment and mentor juniors.
