The Opportunity

You\'ll support analysis across the business, identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making that impacts multiple sites. You\'ll provide insights that directly influence productivity, cost management, and service delivery across the region, working closely with senior leaders across the business.

Your day-to-day involves tracking operational KPIs and performance metrics across sites, building dashboards and reports for senior leadership, participating in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, and presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders, providing you with excellent exposure and the opportunity to build a strong personal brand for yourself.

The Role

• Track and analyse operational KPIs across multiple sites
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership using tools such as PowerBI
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and efficiency gains
• Conduct analysis on operational issues and develop data-driven solutions
• Collaborate to standardise processes and share best practices across divisions
• Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and the leadership team
• Develop forecasting models for capacity planning, resource allocation, and demand management

Your Profile

• Experience in operational analysis, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles
• Advanced data analysis skills with Excel, PowerBI, SQL, or similar tools
• Experience working with tier 1 or 2 ERP systems
• Proven track record delivering process improvements and cost savings
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and be based in or relocating to Christchurch
