  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, coordinated engineering solutions.
  • Contribute to proposals, project planning, engineering budgets and delivery schedules.
  • Support site inspections, including reviewing ITPs, attending pre‑pour inspections and assessing structural works against approved designs.
  • Work with site and design teams to resolve construction issues and coordinate design changes.
  • Mentor junior engineers, share technical knowledge and support the development of the wider team.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent AECOM at stakeholder meetings and relevant industry events.

  • • Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, MIDAS or SpaceGass.
  • • A sound understanding of structural design principles and materials, including concrete, steel, masonry and timber.
  • • Experience preparing technical calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
