  • Provide support to develop risk assessments to neutralise emerging surveillance and technical attack capabilities before project deadlines.
  • Build and manage comprehensive compliance evidence logs to secure seamless facility accreditation with zero non-conformances.
  • Deliver actionable, transparent briefings to senior agency executives, external vendors, and cross-agency counterparts.
  • Mentor and drive technological innovation to expand the country's collective counter-surveillance expertise.
Who We Are Looking For
  • You possess several years of verified experience in managing, designing, and constructing SCIFs within public sector.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully applying risk-based frameworks, specifically the NZISM and PSR and Technical standards, to high-risk environments.
  • You ideally hold a specialised industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Prince2, Certified SCIF Specialist) or advanced training in TEMPEST/acoustic security.
  • You possess exceptional verbal and written skills, allowing you to translate complex data into practical, secure designs.
  • Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance.
