Qualifications

• Builds trusted relationships and can confidently engage with whānau, hapū, iwi, Māori organisations, government agencies, and a broad range of stakeholders.
• Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work through complex information, identify meaningful trends, and uncover opportunities that support improved outcomes for Māori.
• Delivers high-quality investment analysis and insights across the region, while developing and maintaining systems that report on investment outcomes and support brokerage opportunities across the rohe.
• Enjoys working with data and evidence, turning information, insights, and community aspirations into compelling stories and practical recommendations that inform decision-making.
• Has experience using, or exposure to, data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365, or other analytical platforms.
