Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Senior Advisor to support the National Cervical Screening Programme. The role focuses on delivering high-quality work programmes, building strong relationships and driving improvements within the Prevention Screening directorate of NPHS.

It is a permanent full-time position at a national level. You bring advisory experience, critical thinking and sound judgement to develop options and provide guidance, working across boundaries to achieve equitable

Qualifications

• Graduate and/or postgraduate qualification with strong knowledge of how screening programmes work.
• Health sector experience at clinical or advisory level.
• Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
• Ability to manage relationships through consultation and partnership.
• Excellent written and oral communication to persuade and influence.

• Provide support and improve delivery of work programmes within the NCSP.
• Lead advisory work streams and projects; develop options and evidence.
