Job summary

dentsu Aotearoa is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Activations, PR and Influencer in Auckland. You will manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver integrated campaigns from brief to execution, with a focus on activations, events, PR and influencer work.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run on time and on budget, while maintaining exceptional client service and proactive problem-solving at live events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in advertising, creative, marketing, events or integrated agency environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects, activations or events.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and provide proactive updates.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery within brief, time, and budget constraints.
• Lead event and activation logistics, including supplier coordination and on-site execution.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, timelines and status reports.
• Partner with creative, strategy, production and media teams to ensure smooth workflows.
