What does that look like?

As a Senior Accountant you will be expected to take ownership of a client portfolio with a selection of rest home clients.

  • Take ownership of a varied client portfolio across sectors.
  • Move beyond compliance to support clients with cashflow planning, forecasting, structuring, and complex tax advisory.
  • Build capability in high-value advisory and client-facing work with direct mentorship from senior leaders.

You will be able to make the hours work around you, whether that’s an early start and finish or if you’re better starting later, that is also available.

What will you bring?

You'll need your CA or CPA qualification with around 5 years of public practice experience. Strong Intermediate candidates are also encouraged to apply!

  • Confident in NZ accounting standards and tax compliance.
  • Someone with a strong appetite for commercial problem-solving.
  • Experience with MYOB and Xero
  • Good communication skills
