Fluid Recruitment is seeking a Senior Accountant for a permanent role that partners with leadership to drive financial performance, ensure robust controls and deliver insightful financial commentary. You will manage cash flow forecasting, monthly reports, and support budgeting processes while working closely with senior leaders across the business.

The ideal candidate holds CA/CPA or equivalent, with proven senior accounting or finance business partnering experience and strong analytical

• CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in a Senior Accountant, Management Accountant, or Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong cash flow management and forecasting capability.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and influencing stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills.
• Able to quickly understand business operations and deliver practical solutions.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, driving financial performance, and ensuring strong cash flow management during a critical period for the business.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and maintaining robust financial controls.
