What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the month-end close and financial reporting process across our group of retail, wholesale, and online business units.
• Preparing accurate financial statements, journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Supporting pay runs when needed.
• Owning bank reconciliations and implementing smart fraud prevention processes.
• Supporting statutory compliance, tax reporting, and liaising with auditors.
• Constantly improving processes and lifting internal controls across the finance function.
• Providing financial insight and support to other areas of the business (Retail, Buying, Ops).
• Monthly accounts and financial reporting are a key component of this role. Supporting payroll when needed means this role is very varied, and the more input you have, the better!
