Job description

Are you an experienced agency SAM or AD with superb client service skills, a love of creative work, and strong leadership abilities?

Our client is a busy and growing independent agency specializing in brand, design, and content. They have a vibrant culture and operate out of stunning offices in Grey Lynn.

This role is one of two senior positions within the client service team, reporting to the Head of Client Service. You will lead a portfolio of client work, have the autonomy to solve problems and implement solutions, manage finances, and mentor and develop one direct report, leading by example.

Key requirements:

  1. Experience in an agency environment.
  2. Maturity and experience to think on your feet, find clarity, and solve problems proactively.
  3. High productivity with extensive experience managing WIPs, timelines, and budgets.
  4. A passion for creative ideas and copy.
  5. A strategic mindset.
  6. A collaborative approach and a strong work ethic, contributing to a positive team culture.
