Enterprise Planning and Implementation is a new group established at WorkSafe to strengthen planning, coordination, and implementation across the organisation, particularly to improve how work is prioritised, sequenced, and supported through to delivery.
The Stakeholder Partnering and Management team is a newly established function designed to strengthen WorkSafe's relationships across the wider health and safety system. The team provides a coordinated, enterprise-wide approach to stakeholder engagement, helping ensure WorkSafe's interactions are strategic, consistent, and focused on achieving better outcomes for workers and businesses across Aotearoa.
As a Segment Relationship Lead, you'll take ownership of relationships with a defined stakeholder segment, building trusted partnerships that support WorkSafe's regulatory and system objectives. You'll be the consistent point of engagement for your segment, providing valuable insight into stakeholder perspectives and helping shape organisational thinking, priorities, and responses.
Working closely with teams across communications, policy, regulatory operations, and delivery, you'll coordinate engagement activities and navigate complex stakeholder environments to strengthen trust, collaboration, and influence across the health and safety system.
The expected appointment base salary is $152,761 - $168,932 (KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contributions are additional). From 1 April 2026 our KiwiSaver employer contribution increased to 3.5%.
