This is a full-time temporary role that has the potential to go permanent for a bubbly Administrator who has a strong background in Customer Service, as this is a front-facing role.

You will need to be reliable with excellent attendance and attention to detail. This role is based in Grafton, and you will work with one other Administrator.

The role:

The purpose of this role is to administer and oversee day-to-day service delivery requirements, including end-user requests, individual access control, issuing Staff and Contractor ID cards, and assisting the Security Coordinator with developing and implementing standards and policies. This role also provides administrative support to the Security Management Team.

Key duties include:

  • Managing access control requests
  • Issuing ID cards
  • Supporting security policy development

To be successful, you should demonstrate:
