A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Security ID Office Administrator for a full-time temporary role in Auckland. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support, manage access requests, and assist in security policy development while being a critical part of a dynamic team. This is a full-time temporary role that has the potential to go permanent for a bubbly Administrator who has a strong background in Customer Service, as this is a front-facing role.
You will need to be reliable with excellent attendance and attention to detail. This role is based in Grafton, and you will work with one other Administrator.

The role:
The purpose of this role is to administer and oversee day-to-day service delivery requirements, including end-user requests, individual access control, issuing Staff and Contractor ID cards, and assisting the Security Coordinator with developing and implementing standards and policies. This role also provides administrative support to the Security Management Team.
