Hato Hone St John is seeking a Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join our Clinical Hub as a Secondary Triage Clinician in Aotearoa. As part of a new initiative, we have an exciting opportunity for registered healthcare professionals (Registered Nurse or Paramedic) to join our Clinical Hub.
As a Secondary Triage Clinician, you'll work alongside a talented team of Clinical Support Officers to deliver high quality, patient-centred care. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for conducting secondary triage and providing timely clinical advice and support via telephone and digital platforms, helping ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
This role will be based at our Integrated Operations Centres in Auckland or Christchurch. We currently have opportunities available for both 20 hours per week and 37 hours per week. Both positions work on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, covering a combination of day, afternoon, and night shifts. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours in duration. The 20 hour position is worked in blocks of five consecutive shifts followed by 11 days off, while the 37 hour position is worked in blocks of five consecutive shifts followed by three days off.
