Job summary

OneSchool Global Gore Campus is seeking a Secondary Mathematics Teacher to deliver NZ Curriculum and NCEA Mathematics for Years 9–13 in a well-resourced setting.

You will contribute to a supportive community with strong mentorship, use advanced digital tools for interactive teaching, and benefit from a balanced work‑life arrangement with no after‑school duties.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Mathematics to Years 9–13.
• Strong knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA Mathematics.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand and hold NZ Teacher Registration.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and model the School’s ethos, values, and guiding principles.
• Deliver the New Zealand Curriculum effectively and foster a modern learning culture.
• Support students in Years 9–13, contributing to both subject learning and pastoral care.
• Collaborate with the Campus Principal to analyse student data and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and regular progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and proactively manage your own development.

We are looking for a versatile mathematics educator who is confident teaching across Years 9–13, with the ability to deliver foundational mathematics, NCEA core standards, financial literacy, and unit standards covering banking, budgeting, and financial mathematics.
