Job summary

UNIQLO Australia is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate to serve as the customer service specialist of the store. You will listen to customer needs, share in-depth product information, and consistently act as a UNIQLO brand ambassador.

The role requires meeting customers in a friendly way, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional service across floors, fitting rooms, and checkouts. Flexible shifts and staff discounts accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
• Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
• Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
