Whitehall Fruitpackers Ltd is seeking a reliable Quality Controller to support our year-round operations. The role rotates from packhouse QC during peak harvest (Mar–Jun) to repacking (Jun–Nov) and orchard work (Nov–Mar), with seasonal leaf sampling and fruit maturity testing.

You will work with a multicultural team, maintain strict documentation, and uphold food safety and H&S standards. Training is provided if you lack QC experience.

Formación

• Confidence and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to analyse data and make quick decisions.
• Flexibility to work rosters including night shift and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Exceptional organisational skills for a busy seasonal environment.
• Ability to work with people from various cultures and communicate positively.
• Adaptability to busy, changing, challenging environments and high-pressure periods.
• Experience in Quality Control is advantageous but training will be provided.
• A valid full New Zealand driver's license.
