Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Newmarket is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and guiding the floor team.

You will join the store leadership, driving performance toward daily sales targets and fostering an inclusive, energetic environment. Scheduling varies, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor, addressing the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence across shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in store hiring processes and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive team environment.
