Our team in the Institute of Microelectronics (IME) creates cutting-edge communication modules for both ground and space applications.
You will use the latest semiconductor technologies and collaborate with leading industries and respected academic institutions on innovative designs.
Job Descriptions:
Collaboration across industry experts and academics on high-frequency IC design for terminal and satellite systems.
Design and analyze systems focusing on design strength, optimization, and testability.
Engage hands-on in both design and measurement, and present findings in depth.
Job Requirements:
Master’s or PhD in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with relevant academic and industry experience.
Practical experience in designing RF/mmWave components such as LNAs, mixers, PAs, buffers, transmission lines, baluns, PLLs, and VCOs.
Knowledge of base-band/mixed-signal components like amplifiers, bandgap references, ADCs, and DACs is not required but preferred.
Understanding of circuit-level design trade-offs.
Proficiency in using Cadence and EM tools like ADS for circuit simulation, layout, LVS, and DRC verification.
Knowledge of IC measurement and debugging, and experience with RF/mmWave equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and probe stations.
Skills in CMOS and SiGe technologies, with experience in RF-SOI or compound semiconductors being a plus.
Strong publication record and an interest in the latest developments in the field.
