We require an innovative and passionate teacher of Science with the ability to teach junior and senior classes. The ability to teach senior Physics is an advantage.

You will have a growth mindset and be committed to delivering flexible, learner-centred, future-focused learning. The ideal candidate will be adept at catering for diversity and will support the school’s strategic goals, as well as the wider changes in the New Zealand Curriculum and the new education qualification system.

The ability to work in a way that is reflective, supportive, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to enabling the success of all students, including a focus on Māori and Pasifika achievement.

This position is fixed term and full-time, from 28 January 2027 to 27 January 2028. The reason for the position being fixed term is to cover parental leave. This role is suitable for both experienced and beginning teachers. Please state your senior Science teaching strengths in your application.
