Job summary

Whanganui High School is seeking an experienced Science Teacher to join our large, well‑resourced, co‑educational community. This full‑time, permanent role covers science across Secondary (Years 7–15) and wharekura, with an opportunity to share senior subject expertise.

Applicants must hold full New Zealand teacher registration. You will contribute to a supportive teaching team and help students develop inquiry, practical skills and academic achievement in science.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach Science to students in Secondary (Years 7–15) and wharekura.
• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned to NZ curriculum.
