Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Canteen Division Manager to oversee a high-volume school canteen operation on West Coast, NZ. The role involves menu planning, nutrition-focused meal prep, and managing a team of 8 staff to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include menu development, cooking, food safety, and liaising with school management to ensure quality and smooth daily operations. Negotiable salary with a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience with hands-on kitchen operations.
• Experience leading or supervising a kitchen team.
• Ability to plan nutritionally balanced menus for students.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly menus for three meals a day for students.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using multiple methods.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards are met.
• Lead and train a team of 8 kitchen staff and manage rosters.
