For the right candidate, a Team Leader leadership role carrying 2 Management Units (2MU) is available.

• Experience with the Better Start Literacy Approach (BSLA) is an advantage (particularly for the junior role), though strong foundational literacy practice is equally valued.
• Eager to get involved in wider school life and continue growing as a professional or leader.
