Job summary

Devonport Primary School in Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic, NZ-registered teacher to join our dedicated team in Term 1, 2027, teaching Years 3, 4 or 6. The position is full-time and fixed-term from 28 January 2027 to 27 January 2028, reflecting our flexible staffing arrangement.

Our school serves Years 1–8 with about 250 students, values Respect, Belonging and Excellence, and strong partnerships with whānau.

English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts

Devonport Primary School is seeking anenthusiastic, NZ-registered teacherto join our dedicated team inTerm 1, 2027, in Year 3,4 or 6.

We are a friendly, welcoming school situated on the slopes of Takarunga | Mount Victoria in Devonport, just a short walk from the beach. Our tamariki are encouraged to see themselves as kaitiaki of this special place, and this is reflected in our integrated curriculum. With a roll of around 250, we are small enough to know our children well while providing rich opportunities for learning.
