Job summary

Morrinsville Intermediate is seeking a motivated Certificated teacher to lead learning for years 1–8. You will foster inclusive, learning-focused relationships and deliver quality instruction across key NZ curricula areas, including English, Mathematics, Science, and more.

The successful applicant will collaborate with colleagues, implement formative assessment, and participate in school-wide Te Tiriti o Waitangi initiatives, promoting continued learner success.

Qualifications

• Certified teacher with current NZ registration.
• Understanding of NZ Curriculum and adolescent learning needs.
• Knowledge of formative assessment practices and inquiry-based teaching.

Responsibilities

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Primary Teachers C ollective Agreement . The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
