Part time, Fixed term, FTTE up to: 0.6, Start Date: 28/01/2026, End Date: 17/12/2026 (Special Project). Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher
English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts

Role and responsibilities

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with students, staff and whānau
• Have outstanding behaviour management skills
• Provide high quality teaching and learning opportunities for students (include any experience you have with structured literacy, The Learner First Maths and Maths No Problem)
• Contribute to the wider life of the school
• Be committed to culturally responsive practice
• Work collaboratively with others to promote the best outcomes for all students, particularly with the deputy principal whom you will be sharing a class with
