Job summary

Momentum Consulting in Auckland seeks an experienced SAP Tester to join an Agile squad on a six-month contract, owning test design and execution across SAP SD and CAR modules, working with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to keep releases moving confidently.

The role covers sprint-level story testing through to end-to-end validation and defect management, with hands-on testing including integration with POS and third-party interfaces, and exposure to test automation tools like TOSCA,

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced SAP Tester to join an Agile delivery squad for a six-month contract. You'll take ownership of test design and execution across SAP SD and CAR modules, working closely with Product Owners, functional teams and fellow squad members to keep releases moving with confidence. This is a hands-on testing role covering everything from sprint level story testing through to end to end business process validation and defect management.

What You'll Bring

• Solid hands on experience designing and executing functional, integration and automated regression tests across SAP SD and CAR modules, covering order to cash, sales order processing, billing and invoicing, handling units, returns, and pricing and promotions
• Experience testing point of sale and retail sales processes, along with the integration between POS, CAR and S/4HANA
• A track record testing SAP interfaces and third party integrations, including APIs, IDocs and interface queues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage defects through to resolution and retest, and communicate issues clearly to technical and business stakeholders
• Exposure to test automation tooling, ideally TOSCA, along with familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git or CI/CD pipelines
• Comfort working with test management platforms such as HP ALM, qTest, Xray, Zephyr or TestRail, and documentation tools like Confluence or SharePoint
