Job summary

What you will do:

You will lead the functional design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP TM, LBN, and EWM modules, partnering with business leaders to translate supply chain strategy into scalable solutions. You’ll mentor junior consultants and analysts, deliver system testing, UAT, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption, and support integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud platforms, and third-party logistics systems.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Essential:

• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain modules, including at least 3 years specialising in SAP TM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (transportation, warehouse operations, demand forecasting).
• Proven experience leading SAP implementations and enhancements in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

Desirable:

• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management for SAP adoption.
• SAP certifications in relevant functional areas.
