As a Senior Change Consultant in our People Consulting team, you’ll support the delivery of change management solutions for clients implementing SAP across a wide range of industries. You’ll contribute to high-impact transformation programs, as part of a collaborative and supportive team. The role includes designing and executing change strategies, supporting communication and training efforts, and contributing to user adoption for key SAP modules such as Procurement, Supply Chain, or Maintenance. It’s a great opportunity to strengthen your expertise in both change and SAP while making a meaningful impact across some of New Zealand’s leading organisations. You’ll also work closely with our strategic technology alliance partners - including SAP, Microsoft, and ServiceNow - to embed leading platforms into business strategy and deliver measurable outcomes for clients. These alliances support every stage of the transformation lifecycle, from strategy through to execution, enabling us to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Your ability to manage complex programs, apply delivery best practices, and leverage alliance capabilities will be key to your success in this role. This role is based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
In this role, you will support the delivery of high-impact projects within the People Consulting team, focusing on Change and SAP transformation initiatives for clients.
