About the role

Join our dynamic team at Sunglass Style as a part-time Sales Stylist in our Riccarton, Canterbury location. As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients find the perfect sunglasses to match their personal style and needs.

What you'll be doing

• Greet customers and guide them through our collection of stylish sunglasses
• Provide personalised recommendations based on the customer's face shape, skin tone, and personal preferences
• Assist customers with trying on sunglasses and provide honest, professional opinions
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
• Participate in product knowledge training to stay up-to-date on the latest sunglass trends and features
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and providing an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide personalised recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
