Sales Representative – Bay of Plenty (North)

Your Impact

Join Asahi Beverages and play a key role in driving growth across our Bay of Plenty North territory. As a Sales Representative, you’ll represent some of the most recognized brands in the market, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional in-store execution. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales KPIs, driving distribution, and ensuring our brands stand out across your customer base.

Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve daily sales KPI targets across volume, revenue and profit
  • Visit customers as per call cycle and deliver high execution standards in-store
  • Grow core product range by segment across the territory
  • Ensure a return on investment for company equipment through effective EQ management
  • Manage customer administration including rebates, contracts, and equipment returns
  • Drive customer engagement with our portfolio through creative problem-solving and collaboration
  • Contribute to a safe workplace and support environmental responsibilities
About You
  • Ideally 2+ years’ field experience within FMCG
  • Tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Proven sales and commercial program execution skills
  • Confident in managing conflict and building long-term partnerships
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving ability
