Because CowManager is growing rapidly in New Zealand and internationally, it is important to support our salespeople, dealers, and customers as best we can. As a Sales Support Specialist, you are an essential link between the Sales, Supply, Finance, and Support teams. Together with your fantastic colleagues, you ensure the order process and customer contact run smoothly, while contributing ideas for improvements.

What You Will Do

You will:

Be the first point of contact for customers, dealers, and distribution partners in New Zealand, Australia, and the wider Asia–Pacific region.

Process incoming orders accurately and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support partner managers, sales, and finance with questions or tasks related to orders and invoicing.

Collaborate with colleagues from different countries and teams.

Identify issues, suggest improvements, and help streamline and automate processes.

Stay calm in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.

Contribute to building our Hamilton office by stepping in where needed, even outside your job description.
