Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As our Sales Manager - Leisure & Partnerships, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies across the Leisure segment (wholesale FIT, Groups & Series) for our Hotels, Food & Beverage, and Sky Tower business units. Reporting to the Director of Hotels, you'll play a key role in achieving revenue and visitation targets while fostering strong industry relationships.

  • Drive sales campaigns and business development initiatives across leisure and partnership segments
  • Manage key relationships with inbound agents, tourism partners, and sponsorship stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to meet commercial targets
  • Deliver insightful sales reporting and contribute to budget planning and forecasting

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within hospitality or tourism
  • A strong track record of building client relationships and delivering results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
  • Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Background in hotel or hospitality sales
  • Familiarity with international markets and customer segmentation
  • Experience working across multi-venue or attraction-based sites
