What are we looking for

We are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for developing our strategy and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products. Your role will include acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones, understanding their needs to meet their short- and long-term expectations, and delivering excellent service across various sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. You will work with K&B stores, fabricators, architects, and interior designers to generate leads.

Area to cover: Bay of Pienty.

What you will do

You will act as the main contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals while ensuring a positive, profitable relationship. Success in this role involves working with different market segments.

What you need to succeed

Essential: Driver's license. You must be able to drive to meet clients regularly.

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or field merchandising.

Desired:

  • Experience with customer databases, Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience in stone fabrication or distribution.
